Kristyn comes to the JEMS family with many years in hospitality leadership roles with Marriott, Hilton, Kiawah Island Golf Resort and Belmond to include luxury guest service, hotel operations, revenue management, conference planning, and sales. Being in sales for most of her tenured career to follow an extensive operations background, Kristyn’s invaluable experience will assist clients with sourcing, contracting, hotel language, staffing, products, and partnerships. For business affiliations, she actively participated with ASAE’s M&E Council for three years, was a member of SCSAE, and more. She has found that relationships are key to making any business collaborations successful. Most often times, her client connections become valued friendships.
Outside of work hours, Kristyn enjoys being a mom to her two boys, family time, living at the beach, gardening, exercise, and yoga. Living in Charleston, she is often found enjoying the outdoors, attending one of her son’s sporting events, dining, and finding the next great vacation for her family! Near and dear to her is to advocate for children with rare diseases, volunteering when time permits, and to be a support for others.
