An Interview with the Founder of Richmond-based JEMS Hospitality Group
Before the COVID 19 pandemic, JEMS was off to a fast start. I had worked all my professional life on building relationships with my clients and building that trust. They fully supported my new endeavor. I initiated processes that helped kickstart our concierge approach to service. We had the staff to support our rapidly growing business. Jolene Boatright is a seasoned hospitality industry veteran, with over 30 years of experience in the field. After spending many years working for others, she felt a desire to start a business of her own, making use of the expertise she’d amassed over the years.
